Any of your title/underwriting concerns will be handled by our Legal Counsel, Patricia J. Hessing, Esq. Our other two title officers, Lynell Kollar and Marcela Castro work under her direction. Therefore, when you contact us with a question or a problem, you’ll speak to the person handling your file from beginning to end. They understand the legal and underwriting issues of concern to you.
We offer to review conveyance as well as any other pertinent documents. We offer our clients the option of a full settlement service. Our in-house closer will attend the closing, remain in contact with our office, assist with any closing matters at the discretion of the attorney, review the Lender’s Package and Closing Documents, notarize all pertinent forms and documents and disburse checks to the appropriate parties.
